How do I personalize my necklace? On the product page, type the name you'd like and upload your favorite horse photo before adding to cart. Use the clearest, highest-quality image you have for the best result.
What photo works best? A clear, well-lit photo where your horse's face is easy to see. Square-ish images work best, since the pendant is round/heart-shaped. If your photo isn't perfect, email us and we'll help.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green? No. Our pieces are hypoallergenic stainless steel with an 18k gold or polished silver finish — safe for sensitive skin, and they won't tarnish, fade, or discolor with daily wear.
How long does it take to arrive? Each piece is made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days, then shipping. Delivery times by region:
- United States: 7–12 business days total
- Canada, UK, Europe, Australia: 10–18 business days total
- Rest of world: 12–25 business days total
How does it arrive? In a premium gift box with a luxury message card — ready to give, no wrapping needed.
Do you ship worldwide? Yes. We ship to most countries. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and we offer free shipping on qualifying orders.
Can I make it a memorial piece? Absolutely. If it's for a horse you've lost, you can add an engraving like "Forever running free" or their dates. Just add it in the personalization fields, or email us. We pack memorial orders with extra care.
What if my engraving arrives wrong or damaged? We'll remake and reship it at no cost. Every order is backed by our 30-day happiness guarantee.
Can I change or cancel my order? Because each piece is made to order, please contact us within 12 hours of ordering for any changes. After production begins we may not be able to make changes.
