Refunds and Return

We want you to love your keepsake. Because every piece is personalized and made to order, our policy is built around that.

30-day happiness guarantee If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an engraving/printing error on our part, we'll remake and reship it free, or issue a full refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or defective items Email hello@mane-meadow.comwithin 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.

Personalized items Because each piece is custom-made with your photo and text, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or for personalization errors caused by incorrect details submitted at checkout (misspelled names, wrong photo). Please review your personalization carefully before ordering.

Order changes Need to fix a detail? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After production begins, changes may not be possible.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Non-returnable
